We are The Free Spirit Team helping to heal and strengthen your Mind, Body & Spirit. 

Follow us on Patreon and have access to our services from all over the world! 

 

Our self-help podcasts will focus on topics relating to our emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.

For each topic there will also be accompanied audio and video tracks  customized to help you learn and work through that particular topic such as guided self-help activities, sound healing, yoga classes, guided meditations and more.

The Free Spirit Team:

  • Dr. Traci is a psychologist & an empath

  • Pasquale is an astrologer, intuitive guide, reiki master & crystal healer

  • Niki is a yoga instructor, sound healer & reiki master


We work together as healers but have found friendship in our not-so-traditional, fun, free spirited, wackiness. Our goal is to bring our healing energy, expertise and love of life to more people.
