MEET OUR TEAM
Traci Moreno, PsyD
This is not your average therapy and I'm not your average therapist.
I am a Coaching Psychologist. I'm not someone who just listens, nods her head and agrees with whatever you say. I will challenge you, encourage you to dig deeply and
offer insights and feedback that can help you change your life for the better.
I focus on helping people succeed and reach their true potential.
Free Spirit is breaking down the barriers of office walls and shattering the concept of therapy
by bringing her clients outdoors for their coaching sessions.
My approach to coaching is rather eclectic. Because each client is different, with different needs and goals, my approach must also be different. I believe we all have the power and strength within us to be successful but we need the determination, motivation, support, and encouragement to make it happen. I use traditional psychotherapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing) mixed with Life Coaching, Spirituality, Animals and Nature, which are all highly effective in promoting personal empowerment, strength, self-esteem, growth, healing, and success.
I work with teens and adults to assist them in tapping into their strengths, overcoming their weaknesses and figuring out what may be holding them back in life and achieving success. I specialize in helping clients through stress, death, loss, stepfamilies, divorce, child custody issues, problems with family or friends, LGBTQ, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
As a stepmom and contributing writer for Stepmom Magazine, I have both personal and professional experience in issues regarding stepfamilies, divorce and child custody. I've been involved in programs to prevent bullying with high schools by providing training workshops for teachers and educational presentations for students.
I have extensive experience and training in treating trauma, depression and anxiety
including specialized training in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Spiritual Coach, Astrologer, Intuitive Guide
Owner of The Peaceful Sage
I believe integrity, kindness, and compassion are the keystones of a great life.
I have been blessed with clairvoyance (clear-sight), claircognizance (clear-knowledge), and clairsentience (empathy or clear-feeling) as well as a passion for helping others
rise to meet their most authentic and joyful lives. I am trained in the use of Reiki and Auric Color Energy and I draw on this knowledge in every session to gently guide you through any challenges. With these gifts, I facilitate a healing space where I tune in to your energy and the guidance from your angels while uncovering messages to aid you in overcoming any blocks you might be experiencing. I use an integrative approach that includes reading your natal chart and using color therapy to help bring balance and solutions into your life. The real power is hidden within you and we will uncover it together! Finally, we will create an action plan with tangible steps to take to help you heal, balance, and expand.
During all sessions, you can expect the guidance of angel cards, the soothing energy of honesty and love, and a safe space to heal and grow. I will teach you how to use meditation, affirmations, and creative visualization to bring both meaning and
success into your life.
I am a husband, father, Certified Angel Guide, astrologer, seer, Reiki practitioner and a Certified Master Color Coach. I love teaching my children to live in a spiritually connected way. I encourage them to use color therapy to overcome any hurdles in their life.
I live in Scottsdale, Arizona and enjoy hikes with my husband and children
as well as stargazing during meteor showers.
From my heart to yours, let’s connect!
What to Expect:
In this session, we will open the space for your soul to reveal and communicate the answers you need for a breakthrough in your life. We will do this by diving deep into the wisdom and guidance of your higher self, your angels, and your natal chart, with a focus on auric colors and energy reading. I will facilitate an invitation to your guides, angels, and any person/s that have crossed over to rely any important messages for your personal and spiritual growth while using color therapy for healing and integration. I work with your unique needs. As an intuitive guide and seer, I am sensitive to all necessary information that comes through for you and excited to help you connect all the pieces. My intention is for you to live a meaningful, passionate life. I use an integrative approach to help you zoom out so you can see the whole path towards the direction your heart wants to go in. Additionally, we’ll focus in on the blocks that keep you limited and small. By seeing and acknowledging these blocks, you can shine a light on your life and dismantle what no longer serves your highest purpose. You will walk away from this session with your birth chart and what I call a “prescription” — a tangible action or actions you can take to elevate your life to the next level.
You are worth your next transformation.
You deserve the most passionate, abundant, and blissful life Earth has to offer!

Mini donkeys are very responsive animals with awareness and sensitivity to their surroundings and people. They bring their own personality into a relationship, along with their own limitations and abilities. A person is accepted on that person's level of trust, confidence, awareness, and interpersonal skills. Donkeys can build a person's self-confidence and self-esteem as the relationship between horse and human deepens.
Donkeys give us immediate and honest feedback about ourselves by reading our
verbal and non-verbal communication. They reflect back to us our feelings of
anxiety, sadness, happiness, trust and a variety of other feelings. Whether working
on the ground with a donkey or grooming him, the donkey is constantly reading our emotions. There are many ways to relate to a donkey. By grooming or giving him a massage, the sense of touch is used. The way you talk to a donkey can reveal how you relate
to people verbally. Leading the donkey can reveal your sense of power or helplessness you feel in your world. Additional activities, customized for each session,
are created to help participants reach goals and develop personal growth and learning.
Donkeys can be a valuable partner in emotional healing.
They offer encouragement, hope, and unconditional love.
They can have profound effects on helping people recovering from trauma such as:
domestic violence, child abuse, grief and loss, sexual abuse, and divorce.
Equines can help victims of abuse and trauma work through feelings of fear, anxiety, depression, and low self worth. Troubled teens with ADHD and/or behavior issues
can benefit tremendously from working with them. The process of caring for a donkey, learning horsemanship and riding skills can help kids and teens develop respect and patience, social skills, and overall self confidence. Whether a person is having trouble with relationships, school, or life in general, all ages of clients often feel something with donkeys that they have never experienced before - love and acceptance. Most people learn lessons in respect, trust and hope that can be applied to everyday life and relationships. Donkeys create an environment for a person to overcome fear and develop confidence. Accomplishing a task involving a horse provides a person with tools that he or she can take
into the "real world" when challenged with other difficult situations in life.
Mindful Movement Coach
Registered Yoga Teacher
Initially I found yoga through a Groupon add!
I thought I’d give it a whirl to compliment lifting weights. I had no clue what I had gotten myself into. After my first class I contemplated puking, crying or eating.
After my second class I cried my eyes out in final savasana.
I was already pouring out sweat, so I figured who cares if tears fell out.
I quickly realized that yoga, for me, wasn’t just physical. It was so much more.
It was emotional. It was spiritual. It was the art of letting go.
Letting go of old energies, old ways of thinking, old emotions-that no longer served me.
It was a level of healing that I had never found before.
I was hooked mind, body and soul.
In 2017, I became a Reiki Master in an effort to help heal others.
In 2018, I made the decision to become a yoga instructor, to share the love.
The best advice I can give others is to invest in your passion.
Find mentors along the way.
Always give back.
And always be the energy, love and light you wish to seek in others....
