Each event includes Crystal Reiki Healing, Sound Bath, Guided Meditation & a discussion of how to keep each element balanced in our life. During this event, we'll use this element to help strengthen our communication and creativity.

All of our events are open to the public and teens are always welcome. Events are held outdoors so please dress according to the weather. Most events require comfortable clothing such as workout attire. Please bring water and a yoga mat.
