YIN SOUND HEALING SESSION with Niki. Get ready for Spring and move out stale and stagnant energy! This 90 minute class will combine Yin Yoga (slow, gentle, deep stretches held for longer periods of time) and Sound Healing with all 14 crystal bowls, gong, drums and reiki.
