Day 1, Trust Your Intuition

Third Eye Yoga on the Rocks- Niki will lead us through a vinyasa flow focusing on opening your Third Eye Chakra to energize, revitalize and awaken your intuition in preparation for a day of spiritual discovery and growth.

Look Who’s Talking- Dr Traci will host a roundtable discussion on distinguishing your intuition from your ego.

Trust Goes a Long Way- Pasquale talks about trusting yourself, your intuition and the universe. Discover the daily miracles that can happen when you surrender.

The Perfect Ending to a Perfect Day- Niki will lead us through a meditation and relaxing yin yoga class to wind down from the day and process the layers of your spiritual growth.

Optional Activity:

Reiki on the Rocks- Allow Pasquale and Niki to work on balancing your energy to release negativity, strengthen positivity, balance chakras for optimum health and performance.

Day 2, Going Higher

Crown Yoga on the Rocks- Niki will lead you through a vinyasa flow focusing on opening your Crown Chakra to connect you to your higher self and the universe.

You Gotta Have Faith- Dr. Traci will lead a roundtable discussion on the psychological effects of faith and how to come from a place of love even in the most difficult of times.

They’re Listening- Pasquale will do Angel Card Readings along with a discussion on how to connect with your spirit guides. You might also discover your own spirit guide.

Medicine Wheel Journey- Niki will walk us through the spiritual power of the Medicine Wheel as we process our journey and where we go from here.

Optional Activity:

Goddess Photo Shoot- Surrender to your inner Goddess with a breathtaking photoshoot to remind you of your beauty, your soul and your journey.

Cost: $444 for both days including 8 activities.

Each day an optional activity will be offered for an additional $50.
