Bring a yoga mat and water. We have a few yoga mats available on a first come first serve basis.
All Free Spirit events are held outdoors so please dress accordingly. Bring whatever you need to lay comfortably on your mat for about 45 minutes. Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, bolster for under your knees, etc.
