Full Moon Event: Connect & Receive Guidance (Hypnotherapy & Reiki)

In this event Dr. Traci will take you through a hypnotherapy journey to connect with your intuition to receive answers. Although this is a group event, each experience will be unique to you and you're able to ask for guidance to whatever it is you need. Bring a yoga mat and water. We have a few yoga mats available on a first come first serve basis.

All Free Spirit events are held outdoors so please dress accordingly. Bring whatever you need to lay comfortably on your mat for about 45 minutes. Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, bolster for under your knees, etc.
