About the Event
This Full Moon will focus on releasing what no longer serves you. If you haven’t tried Yomassage you’re missing out!
Yomassage is a combination of yoga and massage and incorporates therapeutic touch with gentle yoga stretches.
Release tension in the body and mind with this 90 minute class led by husband and wife team Sheila and Anton Loos.
This is a fully clothed group class and therapeutic touch is by the instructors or by your partner if you bring someone with you. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
