Elements Series (Includes 4 Sessions)

Balancing the 4 Elements of Water, Earth, Air & Fire are essential to our well-being. These events can be taken as a series of 4 or as individual sessions. Each event includes Crystal Reiki Healing, Sound Bath, Guided Meditation & a discussion of how to keep each element balanced in our life.

It includes 4 session with each session focusing on one of the these elements with the goal is living a more balanced, healthy and happy life. Each session will last 60-90 minutes.

WATER EVENT

*Note- This event will be held in the water in the pool.

EARTH EVENT

During this event, we'll use this element to help us be grounded and stable.

AIR EVENT

October 20, 2023 at 6pm

During this event, we'll use this element to help strengthen our communication and creativity.

FIRE EVENT

November 10, 2023 at 6pm

During this event, we'll use this element to help inspire and transform us.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

All of our events are open to the public and teens are always welcome. Events are held outdoors so please dress according to the weather. Most events require comfortable clothing such as workout attire. Please bring water and a yoga mat.
