Crystal Reiki Healing: Feeling out of sorts, blocked, stuck? Find your balance and regain your energy with a Reiki session. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injuryor possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. Crystals each carry unique internal structures and most do not grow perfectly. When you shop for a crystal, you will notice that no crystal is exactly the same. This makes each crystal unique in the energy it carries and its healing properties. Crystal Reiki Healing combines these two healing modalities to create a more powerful, well-rounded session for you as the client. The healing properties of the crystals combined with the energy of Reiki begin the shift in your vibration, allowing you to attract more healing.

Sound Healing: This is offered in private, individual session in our Teepee and as a group class as part of our Events. Sound Healing is an incredible, moving and quite intense experience! All living things need energy to survive. It's a proven fact we have energy within us and around us. This energy can become stagnant or blocked. Physically this causes us to feel muscle aches, headaches, stomach problems, etc... Emotionally it causes anxiety, sadness and feelings of being stressed or overwhelmed. Here's how it works: Sound Healing instruments such as crystal signing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and drums force the energy through these blockages so the energy is moving smoothly and properly, which alleviates our physical and emotional symptoms. Each instrument has a different frequency level, which affects different parts of the body. These sessions allow us to get out of our head and to FEEL, which is needed for healing to happen. This often results in a sudden release of emotion allowing us to truly let go with whatever we're struggling with.

All Free Spirit Events are held outdoors so please dress accordingly, bring water and a yoga mat.

Our homemade Cleansing Spray will be available for purchase for $20. This spray can be used daily to cleanse away any negative energy you may have around you. This spray is made with care by Dr Traci and set with the intentions of love, happiness, abundance and protection. It's infused with Rose Quartz and can include: Rose Water, Florida Water, Witch Hazel and a combination of 100% organic and cruelty-free essential oils such as Sage, Sandalwood, Tee Tree, Fankincense, Rosemary, Lavendar and Cedarwood.
