About the Event
There's nothing quite like Sunset Yoga at Free Spirit. Come practice yoga as the sun sets behind the Saguaros and lights up the desert sky with colors of bright orange, pink and purple. Listen for the with the sounds of coyotes howling in the distance. This practice includes meditation and sound healing.
